Hi,

I am working with HK-2 cells. I use trypsin for splitting them but because they are serum free I was told to use trypsin inhibitors to neutralise the trypsin as they suggest it wouldn't be nice to put serum free cells into serum. I am about to buy the inhibitor but am happy to receive any suggestion first.
