I know there is a free phenol red media, however, I'll appreciate if anyone has a method to Eliminate phenol red from a culture media

Unfortunately there is no reliable way to remove Phenol Red from medium; you can reduce it some with dextran-coated charcoal(the same procedure as used to remove estrogenic compounds from sera). But that will also strip out a fair amount of the nutrient profile of the media. Sorry.
