Hi. I am doing peripheral blood lymphocyte cultures for chromosomal analysis. I would like to ask if anyone has experience using more than the standard 1% content of penicilin - streptomycin. Up to how much of penicillin - streptomycin can be used without causing negative effects to the lymphocytes? Thank you.
