Hi there,

I have been working with PC-3 cells for a while. It was fine at the beginning, but recently I encountered a problem--many cells are floating after each subculturing. I do not change anything: medium, FBS, et al. And I checked mycoplasma and it is negative. Does anyone have any ideas about what is wrong? Thanks!
