i have a problem whith my hybridoma cells!
the tissue dishes fall in button frimly and cells saw the hard shock.
when the cells devide,one of them begin to die & granuls appear in cells and all of them go to die!
what is the solution?
please help me!

i dnt think its due to dish fall / hard shock or something like that ....

i think its better to check the pH of the medium...
