I want to do MTT assay with EGCG( as a drug),I found that its stability in RPMI is 1 hour,Do you know how can I increase stability of EGCG ( egigallocatechin-3-gallate) in RPMI 1640 ?

hi, i dnt know whether we can increase or decrease the stability of the compound. Because its the characteristic property of the compound, so I dnt think we can play with it.

But I have a suggestion, its not compulsory to use medium for MTT assay , one cane also use HBSS or any BSS suitbale for the particular cell line that you are using. May be that compound have increased stability in BSS.
