Hi there. Autoclaving will not remove endotoxin from your dishes, and may even add a residue from the autoclave. For glassware, you need to heat at >180 degrees C for 24 hours. All commercially available TC plasticware however should be free from endotoxins, DNAses, RNAses and other pyrogens if handled correctly.
