Hi all, I'm currentyly growing some newly obtained Huh7 cells. I was told not to let these grow to confluence as "they start to act strangely", but the person I got them from has now disappeared. I was also told that they don't count properly, and I can't see how this would happen.
I'm doing up to 48hr incubations with these so I need to know what the changes are so I can time the incubations accordingly. If anyone could help I would be most grateful.
