Is there a system to measure lactate, glucose, and oxygen metabolism in tissue culture? Either online or enzymatically?

Yes, there are kits at Sigma (735-10) that can measure lactate and glucose. I am not so sure of oxygen metabolism, but try Sigma, Fisher or VWR.
