Is there anyway I can grow cell in a particular area of a glass slide? For example, Is there any tape/material that I can use to cover part of the glass slide and grow cell than remove the tape and get the slide with cell and no cell areas?

Thank you for the help

NUNC makes glass and plastic slides that have chambers for growing cells. The chamber part peels off and you can then treat them like a standard microscope slide afterward. I have had good luck with the plastic ones but I have had some issues with the cells attaching to the glass slides.
