Is it OK to use round bottom cell culture plates??Saurabh2007-12-24Click here to register.
I am using suspension cells for cytotoxicity studies and spin them down and remove the media before adding detergent during MTT assay. I was concerned of removing the cells if I used flat bottom plates. So I think i should move to round bottom plates. It looks as if cells sit on top of each other in a round bottom plate. Is it going to affect the growth of cells during study? Do round bottom plates give any othe rproblems?? Please help. Thanks !
