I have aproblem in subculturing BHK21.clumps are formed after adding trypsin EDTA.The cells are degenrated after 2 to 3 passages.

hi,

try to use 0.1 to 0.5% conc trypsin, as the BHK21 are very sensitive..........lead to clumps and after washing the cells with pbs try to pass throgh 18 gaze needdle fro the cell separation. I think it might help you to get rid o fthe clumps.
