Could anybody tell me how to culture "human acute promyelocytic leukemia" or NB4. I need a proper procedure. I managed to get some information from DSMZ but not the full procedure. Do I have to do the confirmation test for the "human acute promyelocytic leukemia" which i have culture? If the answer is yes, then please tell me how?
