I am new with THP-1 cells. They are growing so slow.
I use RPMI 1640 with L-glutamine, 1.5 g/L sodium bicarbonate, 4.5 g/L glucose, 10 mM HEPES, o.o5 mM 2-mercaptoethanol, FBS hi, 10%
