I will be highly delighted if anybody can send the list of noncancerous cell lines of human origin.

I cannot say I run across such a list, but it would be relatively short. WI-38, IMP-90 and LF-1 are all normal human fibroblasts. Search the ATCC ans ECACC websites for additional info.
