I have just developed some Mouse Hybridoma Cell Lines. Fusion partner is Ag8. I would like to decrease the Hybridoma Cloning Factor supplementation gradually after the first round of subcloning to prepare a production grade cell line. Does anyone have experience with stability issues during HCF weaning or know of any references offhand. Thanks, Diane
