i am using N2a & SHSY5Y cells. i am facing a problem. within 24 hrs. of seeding cells start floating and they become dead. what i should do?

Hello

I have been heard ,for attachment some cells better to use gelatin, collagen and ECM gel.
Before culture cells float flask with gelatin and keep at night.
remove gelatin and do subculture.See the result.
