can anyone suggest me about the age of mice which i should use for primary culture of mouse lung fibroblasts.
i face problem in sepearting the cells from the petri dish even after using high concentration of trypsin/edta and even for longer exposure times(they are strongly adhering to the surface).

if i want to establish a cell line of the MLF what are the methods.
can u also suggest the methods of immortalising the cells. |
