	Hello I want to work with BHK(Baby hamster kidney). I dont know how much trypsin ,how long to stay on cells, about how it is cultured? At first,i relaized this cell is very bad in culture,because after culture,you have a lot of clamp cells, why? This cell is good to made plauqe with Hsv after how long.
