Hi All,

I am using transgenic eGFP mouse marrow cells for my work and I want to characterize them with specific markers.

I intend to do so using direct conjugated primary antibodies.

If my antibodies are FITC conjugated..I suspect there would be a problem to detect the antibody signal with the GFP fluoroscene!!

Is there an alternative for this with out switching to a different fluorochrome?
