My post-doc took out some bone marrow from mice and put it into 2 cell culture dishes for me. One of the dishes is contaminated. Because I have to change the medium (RPMI) every 2/3 days, if instead of discarding the liquid (containing the cells), I put this into a new culture dish and mix it with fresh medium, would cells grow in the new dish?
