helo, i am culturing HepG2 as well as WRL cells.the cells were contaminated by bacteria.therefore, i used thawed cells to continue my project.however, after a limited time(about 3-5days) my cells were contaminated again.plz help me wt some idea why does this happen. i use DMEM media with 10%FBS,1%Pent/Strep and 1% of L-glutamine.It is possible that the bacteria were resistant to antibiotics??????
