Dear Angela
What type of cells are you trying to grow,is it happened for the first time,at what temperature the cells are incubated, what is the concentration of trypsin.we can definitely find out the solution if you explain in more detail

the name of cell is called MEPI cell, it is a eukaryotic cell and also a insulin producing cell, the function is similar to B-cell from islet. we culture them at 37C and the conc. of the trypsin we are used is 0.025uM. but we suspect that we didn't close the incubator door properly so cause cell detachment. anyway, thanks for ur attantion and i am waiting for ur expalinations. i really apreciated! thanks again!

As per my experience the cells starts detaching from surface if those are aged (increased passage), if are not healthy, poor morphology, due to viral infection,or due to some problem with media, toxicity (due to the presence of endotoxins in the serum), Try to find out all possible factors responsible for this problem
