If the protein is large enough to be retained in the extracapillary space of the hollow fiber cell culture module you can expect to see a two orders of magnitude increase in concentration relative to the production level seen in flask culture. There is tremendous variation in expression level but typical protein expression levels as seen in CHO or 293 cells is around 1005g/ ml. In the 400-011 module for example you could expect to see as much as mg/ day of production.
