Is there a specific protocol for the cartridge 400-004?
Specifically, we would like to ensure the numbers that we are using are appropriate; we are using the Bigfoot to produce high titer virus from adherent cells.

The protocol for 400-004 is the same as the regular cartridges.
However, since the amount of extra capillary space and surface area is larger, you will need to scale your inoculations accordingly.
