No. Re-use of the cartridge with a different cell line is not recommended. Once the cells have been loaded into the cartridge they will attach to the fiber and lay down a basement membrane. If you autoclave the cartridge at this point in time you will clog up the fibers. If you contaminate the cartridge during the pre-culture phase (before you have loaded cells) you can autoclave the cartridge. The flow path itself is not autoclavable. Alternative methods of sterilization must be used such as ETO.
