I need a protocol to culture amniotic cells from 8.5 day old mouse embryos. Any info?

I do not have any info on culturing amniotic cells from mice. You can try to find a paper of someone who has done this or contact a tissue culture collection such as the American Type Culture Collection or ATCC and they might be able to help you.
