Hi, I am trying to obtain primary cultures of alvelar type II mouse cells. I would like to have ideas about what could cause my cell to aggregate when I put them in PBS1x pH 7.2 0.5% BSA. Thank you in advance!

I do not have any info on aggregation of these cells.  Some sort of protein interaction is happening but what I don't know.
