Separating bacteria from suspension line of mammalian cells.bvanscoy2010-03-02Click here to register.
Hello,

I am currently working on an In Vitro assay using macrophages infected with different types of bacteria. My problem comes to a separation issue. I need to find a way to separate the suspension macrophage cells from the extracellular bacteria. So far i have tried a couple of separation mediums and some filtration techniques but nothing has worked. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks for visiting.
