Hello!
I have some problem with amniotic cell culture. Amniotic cells did not adhering to culture vessel (amniodish from Euroclone and flask.
The CO2 level seems do be ok, i had sterilisesd de CO2 incubator, and after 2, 3 5 days the cell are floating inthe medium and and none of them is adherent.
I used the same medium (Amniochrome from Lonza), the same culture vessels. Everything was ok till 6 weeks ago when thw problwm had appear.

 | Hello, I found the problem of amniotic cell culture failure. It was CO2 pressure regulator, it was broken(unfortunatelly 2 engineers didn't notice that).
