I did the huamn skin fibroblast culture using foreskin. It was well done before. But recently I could not do it well.
I did it as usaul, cut the foreskin into tiny pieces, put o.25 trypsin for a while. Then stop it by medium contaning FBS. put it into flask
after washing. There was no any fibriblash except some red blood cells next day.

Could you tell me what is worng with it?
