I am seeing bean shaped dead zones while culturing B16 mouse melanome cells in 12 well plates. Does anyone have a clue as to what may be causing this? Some are small, some encompass 1/2 the well area. I cannot see any bacterial of fungal contamination. Thanks for any ideas.
