Cos-1 forming rasberry/cauliflower lumpsnenonen2008-03-19Click here to register.
Hi!

We have had a problem with our Cos-1 cells for a month now. They form rasberry/cauliflower like formations (small mountains),between the rasberries they look normal. It is very hard to brake the lumps but they tend to titer out after a few passages. We have taken up fresh cells and they form rasberries directly, even in another incubator. What do you think this could be, any tips on how to avoid it?
Best regards/
Hannah
